Description: Enable Widevine, set its version string to "undefined",
 and allow it in all architectures.

 We don't want to bundle Widevine, as it is non-free software, in Chromium,
 but we also don't want to prevent users from opting in to Widevine.
 .
 However, By enabling the component, Widevine will be download by the
 browser from about://components.
 .
 The user can also place the WidevineCdm directory shipped
 with Google Chrome deb package in ~/snap/chromium/current/.local/lib.
